As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's Re-image Program to multi-location enterprises. You will develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, provide product and program knowledge and technical expertise, and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers such as franchisees and multi-location enterprises including chain restaurants, retail stores etc.
  • Conduct sales presentations, and technical discussions to showcase the benefits and features of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with your sales team to develop sales strategies, set sales targets, and achieve revenue goals.
  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending trade events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and providing regular updates to management.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with target Franchisees to promote our products and services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance and recommendations based on customers' specific needs and project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients to understand their project requirements, provide product recommendations, and offer support throughout the sales process.
  • Continuously engage with existing customers to drive repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and building codes and regulations relevant to our services.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product development or improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences and contribute to the development of marketing materials and product enhancements.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software (Seradex).
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for sales management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities within the territory.
  • Continuously evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in high-volume sales, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction process, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 70% of the time
